Their primary roles include: the evangelization and discipleship of incoming and current garden apprentices, the spiritual engagement of the broader community through produce sales and community programs, and the farming, planning / designing of current or future gardens sites.
BIKE REPAIR TECHNICIAN Catania, Italy
The repair technician works in the Agape Bici bike shop as a means to engage the refugee and local communities. The primary roles include: evangelism and discipleship leading toward church planting, completing bicycle repairs for customers, repairing donated bikes to give away, and managing purchases and inventory of tools and parts needed to complete the repairs.
FIELD TRAINING PROGRAM COORDINATOR Catania, Italy
The field training program coordinator oversees the Efeso field training program to equip long-term ministry workers. The primary roles include: evangelism and discipleship leading toward church planting, promoting the long-term ministry opportunity to work with the Search Party team in Italy, assisting the Efeso training workers in organizing the logistics for each arriving mission unit, training incoming workers and developing a ministry plan for the new mission unit, and collaborating with existing team members or other contacts in the final field to organize sending the worker to their final field following the Efeso training time.
FINANCE AND OPERATIONS MANAGER Catania, Italy
The operations manager will manage the finances and administrative operations for the Catania team. This role will include evangelism and discipleship leading toward church planting, maintaining financial records in Quickbooks Online, developing reports for the Catania leadership team, and managing the administrative documentation.
