FIELD DIRECTOR Budapest, Hungary
The field director will provide frontline leadership to the ministry team based in Hungary. This person will work to build a healthy team with a strong culture, mutually shared vision, and effective strategy for accomplishing globally and regionally set objectives. This role is about developing vision, strategy, and people. Leadership, management, and administrative skills needed.
DISCIPLE-MAKING FACILITATOR Budapest, Hungary
One Mission Society has a vision for making disciples who then make disciples. The disciple-making facilitator will model and facilitate discipleship practices that steward the conditions for a movement to take place.
COMMUNITY IMPACT SPECIALIST Budapest, Hungary
The community impact specialist will work as part of the community impact team to assist churches in identifying needs and developing effective models to share their faith through word and deed. The community impact specialist could work in the areas of English ministries, disciple-making, or other community outreach.
