MISSIONARY MOVEMENT FACILITATOR Manila, Philippines
This person will help mobilize and develop a multi-cultural ministry team in the Philippines. This role may include mentoring leaders of churches and denominations to develop a missional culture in the national church, teaching and preaching on missions, coordinating missions conferences, building coalitions of mission entities, creating short-term mission opportunities, and organizing vision trip opportunities for leaders and potential missionary candidates.
CHURCH MULTIPLICATION FACILITATOR Manila, Philippines
The CMF in the Philippines will come alongside national leadership to help oversee the church planting work in the Philippines. The CMF will work with our partners to cast vision, encourage, cover in prayer, train, coach, and provide accountability. The CMF role is an itinerant position that requires the person to travel to the assigned country 2-3 times per year and maintain communication through regular email, Zoom, or phone calls. The CMF may need some proficiency in the local language.
ASSOCIATE CHURCH MULTIPLICATION FACILITATOR Manila, Philippines

DIGITAL STRATEGY ANALYST Manila, Philippines
This person will help maximize media and the metaverse to help promote evangelism and disciple-making. They will help build a long-term digital strategy using a multitude of platforms, then oversee the production of content to populate those platforms. OMS Philippines has many stories of transformation but needs help getting the stories told in social media and the metaverse, along with using the various platforms for evangelism and disciple-making.
