explained how this new agreement will impact some horizontal topics of interest
for companies, such as goods, services, customs, investments, e-commerce,
intellectual property rights, and more.
The seminar closed with a panel debate between civil servants, Belgian
businesses, and an NGO representative, followed by a Q&A session moderated
by Frédéric Agneessens, Vice-President of CanCham Belux and Honorary
Consul of Canada for Flanders, and by Celso Boscariol, President of the EU
Chamber of Commerce in Canada-West. André Sincennes, RHEA Group’s
