OpenForm Properties announces new projects
OpenForm Properties , OpenRoad ’ s residential development division , announces two new projects in the bustling Burnaby region , following the successful launch of their first residential community and multifamily project , E15 Just off Main in Vancouver .
Plans are underway for the presentation centre for Trofeo , a 40-storey tower with a collection of 357 new homes and retail and office space . Located centrally between the Metrotown and Edmonds communities , the future Trofeo tower will be steps away from shopping , dining , hiking trails , and transit , and it will offer stunning views of the North Shore Mountains and Fraser Valley . A variety of forward amenities will complement modern-day living for residents , including a residents-only digital lounge , community gardens , fitness and wellness studio , and more .
Also coming soon to the Burnaby region , is the company ’ s third project , Silver . Located in the heart of Metrotown , the large-scale project will include a 33-storey tower with 358 strata units and a separate 6-storey rental building with 147 rental units . At Silver , OpenForm is creating a collection of uniquely curated amenities to complement the design-forward residences .
The final phase of units for the company ’ s first project , E15 Just off Main , is being released for sale Spring 2023 . The collection of 49 townhouse-style homes is expected to complete in Summer 2023 in the heart of the Mount Pleasant area in Vancouver .
