The last generation of the BMW X3 has been one of BMW’ s most successful vehicles. Totally redesigned from the ground up for 2018, the third-generation, all-new X3 is sure to satisfy buyers in the popular luxury compact SUV market.
From the very first glance the new X3 impresses with its athletic appearance, and fascinates with an exciting driving experience. The X3 continues to be so popular because it combines the utility of an SUV with the dynamics of the company’ s legendary 3 Series sports sedan.
With significantly upgraded materials, the X3 feels like a much more premium vehicle and is even expected to surpass the 3 Series sales numbers this year.
With a 2.2-inch longer wheelbase, the X3 has a generous cargo hold and an airy back seat. A complete upgrade in vehicle technology means that you’ ll have the latest iDrive infotainment system, gesture control, 3D surround camera, and even an optional scented cabin air system.
Choose from either a four- or six-cylinder engine, both turbocharged. The new 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine puts out 248 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque, whereas the muscular X3 M40i’ s turbo sixcylinder engine boasts 355 hp and a whopping 369 lb-ft of torque.
Thanks to partially autonomous driving and the xDrive all-wheeldrive system, the 2018 X3 offers supreme ride comfort both on and off the road. Once again it redefines the benchmarks in the luxury compact SUV segment.
The 2018 BMW X3 starts at an MSRP of $ 48,000.
