without needing your arms.

K N E E L T O S TA N D
Sit on your heels in a kneeling
position, come up to a high kneel,
place one foot in front as if proposing
to someone, shift forward to weight-
bear through that front foot to stand
up; do this equally well on both legs.
BEND AND LIFT
Bend over by reaching the butt back,
keeping a straight back, and lift that case
of wine or dog food out of the trunk of the
car, and carry it into the garage or kitchen.
