MOM’S GRILLED CHEESE
I know it’s just a grilled cheese sandwich, but it was a pretty killer
grilled cheese. Cindy Hamilton is a full-time single mother, owner
and operator of Mom’s Grilled Cheese. Having no formal culinary
experience, and while temporarily living in Beijing, her first catering
gig was for the movie set of Kill Bill. Mom’s Meatloaf, a Monday
special, is the most popular and it comes with a hearty slice of
homemade meatloaf surrounded by melted mozzarella and marinara
sauce on crusty French bread. This blondish-brown-haired and
brown-eyed mama also speaks English, French, Mandarin and
Patois. Who knew superwoman could make a killer grilled cheese
while speaking fluent Chinese?!
