Art Everywhere US aimed to boost national
pride and spotlight the nation’s diversity, while
acknowledging America’s many great artists
and celebrating the history of American art.
In the lead-up to the campaign, the five
partnering museums submitted 100 artworks,
which were posted online. The top 50 pieces,
as voted for by the American public, featured
on Out-of-Home sites across the country.
