Mr. Adibi is currently the head
of the Middle East gas team in
London. He specializes in the
natural gas/LNG markets in the
Middle East and North African
countries. Siamak holds an MBA
from Australia and an MA in
Energy Economics from Iran.
Mr Adibi has an extensive
practical experience in the
Iranian oil and gas sector. He
served for a number of years
with the National Iranian Gas
Export Company (NIGEC). In
NIGEC, He was involved in
commercial negotiations of Iran’s
gas export projects. He was also
in charge of economic modelling
in different feasibility studies
of pipeline and LNG projects
in Iran during 2003-2006.
At FGE, Siamak leads the
MENA Gas as well as the Iran
Oil and Gas Advisory Services.
He is a specialist in energy
modelling and long-term supply/
demand forecasts. He is an
internationally recognized
expert on Iran and the Middle
East oil and gas sector. He has
presented at several oil and
gas briefings/conferences in
Asia and the Middle East.

Over thirty years of experience
performing loss investigations
involving various incidents
including fires, explosions,
machinery breakdown, lightning,
flood and other types of manmade and natural catastrophes.
He has also surveyed tens
of construction, energy and
engineering risks throughout
the MENA region providing
insurers and clients with detailed
assessment of risks involved in
the construction and operation of
power plants, foundries, chemical
manufacturing, pharmaceuticals,
industrial properties, warehouses
in addition to shipping terminals.
Mamoon has been instructed
on matters involving power
generation, transmission and
distribution in addition to
industrial machinery, medical
equipment, printing systems and
other types of equipment used
in different commercial and
industrial applications. He acted
as expert witness in different
jurisdictions including USA, UK,
Europe and the Middle East where
he gave evidence on multiple
engineering issues related to
different matters of dispute.

A Chartered Loss Adjuster and
Chartered Insurer Jonathan has 35
years claims handling experience.
He has dealt with claims in over
50 countries and has worked
with many of the world’s largest
corporations on their claims
programmes. He has designed and
implemented claims compensation
schemes for governmental bodies
and was Claims Director of the
Financial Services Compensation
scheme from 2007 to 2009.
After a lengthy career at executive
level in the world’s largest claims
adjusting firms, he joined SCOR in
2013 as head of claims in London.
Jonathan is now Global Head of
Claims for Business Solutions
within the SCOR Global P&C.
Jonathan is Past President of the
London Business Interruption
Ass ociation, past Treasurer of the
Insurance Institute of London and
current President of the Chartered
Institute of Loss Adjusters.
He holds degrees in Biochemistry
and Biochemical Engineering from
Oxford and London Universities.
