achieving the fairest
settlement for the Client, in the shortest possible
time – candour is key to avoiding polarisation.

Since June 2009, Sunil
Machado has been VP
Insurance Management
for ENGIE MESCAT based
in Dubai, UAE. Prior to
joining ENGIE, Sunil
worked with Royal and Sun
Alliance and Zurich as well
as risk management roles
with Nakheel. His career
in the insurance industry
spans over 14 years.
Sunil holds a Diploma in Insurance from
the Chartered Insurance Institute in
United Kingdom as well as a Masters in
Management Information Systems.

William Pembroke
Regional Director – Aon (DIFC) Gulf Limited

William Pembroke is a Regional
Director for Energy, Power and
Construction for Aon. Based in the
DIFC, he is Team leader for Aon’s
Middle East Specialty broking hub
with additional responsibilities for
servicing and advising regional energy
companies on risk transfer Strategies.
William has over 12 years’ experience in
the Insurance sector, with a considerable
part of that located in the Middle East.
