iCook Around the World ( Ages 5 – 11 )
This winter , our little chefs will travel the globe and learn about a variety of culinary traditions ! Learn about the art of dessert ! We will visit Italy , Portugal , Mexico , Russia , the Middle East , and beyond . Our little chefs will build on their knowledge of cooking safety and the fundamental cooking techniques including peeling , breading , blending , melting , slicing , dicing , chopping and more . With a curriculum and recipes that are entirely hands – on , this is a great opportunity to gain a strong foundation and confidence in the kitchen . Led by iCook instructor . ( 6 wks )
