One USQ Experience Projects
Analytics
Over the last year the Analytics Sub-project has started conversation across
the organisation around harnessing and using data and analytics. This is
a complex space for sure, but one we are passionate about and keen to
collaborate with staff on.
Some of the work we’ve been
focussing on includes:
•

Analysing the current
state of systems at USQ to
identify gaps in our ability to
implement effective analytics

•

Identifying where specific
data sits within these systems

•

Investigating what other
universities in Australia and
overseas are doing in the higher education analytics space

•

Discussing with the USQ community on what sorts of questions they
would like answered through analytics

•

Evaluating what analytics tools might meet our needs

•

Developing and Information Asset Register.
