Business Attraction
Recognizing the importance of bringing new and diverse businesses to the region, 1si works toward the following:- Expanding the tax base;- Creating new jobs; and- Injecting new wealth into the economy through the attraction of new commerce. To that end, 1si integrates several marketing tools, targeted recruitment efforts, and specialized information services.
Business Retention and Expansion( BRE)
To retain and grow the existing commerce that contributes significantly to the regional economy, 1si’ s BRE program provides guidance and expertise to regional businesses through all growth cycles. Through one-on-one meetings and trusted relationships built over time, our BRE program brings valuable resources directly to each client we serve.
Metro Manufacturing Alliance( MMA)
1si offers manufacturing companies the opportunity to join our Metro Manufacturing Alliance( MMA), a unique forum where manufacturing owners, managers and front line staff meet with their peers, discuss common issues and success and engage with critical resources to support workforce, operations, and policy issues that apply to manufacturing.
