1si is committed to establishing a vibrant and prosperous economy through its award-winning business attraction, retention, and expansion program. The companies listed have invested additional dollars into 1si to fund one of the Midwest’ s most successful economic development programs.
Our work has resulted in measurable increases in individual market share, job creation, payroll dollars, new capital creation, and tax revenues. Plus, we have one of the highest returns on investment in the country: $ 422.72 in new taxable investment for every dollar of investment.
The 2024-2025 year saw the completion of our 236th project in Economic Development since 1si’ s inception in 2006. We look forward to another year of working alongside our investors to support their success and growth. Throughout the next year, we will continue to support our investors by creating opportunities for growth, expansion, and community engagement.

The OSI Foundation: Funding the Future
As the philanthropic extension of 1si, the OSI Foundation, Inc. is a 501( c)( 3) non-profit foundation whose mission is to support the economic development programs of 1si.
The OSI Foundation, Inc. is a publicly funded charity, and accordingly, all donations received are given the most preferential tax treatment available under the Internal Revenue Code. The OSI Foundation, Inc. accepts corporate and municipal donations and lifetime and testamentary gifts from individual donors.
