Through diversity , equity & Inclusion , we promote positive change to achieve economic and business vitality for the region for all businesses . Additionally , we strive to provide members with access to policy makers at all levels of government through mixers , roundtables , and one-onone meetings .

The ONE Fund
Starting a new business is incredibly tough , and one of the biggest hurdles for entrepreneurs is accessing the capital required to start up or scale . With The ONE Fund , One Southern Indiana is building a holistic lending program for early-stage entrepreneurs who have an excellent business plan , but no access to the capital required to set that plan in motion . This program is for small businesses in Clark , Floyd , Jefferson , Scott and Washington Counties in Indiana .
Loan amounts range from $ 2,000 to $ 20,000 , with repayment over a term from 2 to 7 years and interest at the Prime Rate plus 2 %. Terms vary as follows :
- Machinery and Equipment : 5 years - Working Capital : 2 years - Brick & Mortar / Real Estate : 7 years
