MMA Manufacturing Summit
The flagship event of the Metro Manufacturing Alliance , this forum brings area manufacturers together with industry thought leaders to share best practices , innovation and next-level thinking . The event also offers those who serve the manufacturing industry a chance to network with prospects in an informal and educational setting .
YP1si 360 ° Tour
A program of the Young Professionals of One Southern Indiana , the YP1si 360 ° Tour is an exclusive opportunity to immerse young professionals into the Southern Indiana region and provide economic development education . Participants connect with community leaders , acquire a deeper understanding of regional growth and experience a “ behind-the-scenes ” perspective of the region they call home . The day includes tours of local businesses , high-level speakers with informative lectures , lunch , transportation and networking .
Networking on the Green Golf Scramble
A favorite annual event , the 1si Golf Scramble offers a day of friendly competition and relaxed networking . There are many ways to participate , from bringing a team to choosing a sponsorship level .
Investor Day Celebration
Our investors make it possible for One Southern Indiana to have the deepest and broadest possible impact on the region we serve . We simply could not do what we do without them . This annual event is designed as a way to recognize their generosity and share with them what their investment has produced .
Annual Meeting
A kind of “ year in review ” event , this well-attended annual luncheon provides members with an overview of the work and accomplishments of One Southern Indiana and presents a plan and vision for the future . It ’ s also one of our most popular networking events .

One Southern Indiana hosts regular events that allow you to hear from your legislators and local elected officials about how current or proposed legislation may effect area businesses .
The ONCE Awards
The annual ONCE Awards recognize the top businesses , organizations , professionals and community leaders in our region . Any organization or individual who is a member in good standing of One Southern Indiana may be nominated . Winners are selected by a panel of judges in each category and celebrated at this annual event . Categories include :
- Young Professional of the Year Award
( Age 40 or younger ) - Professional of the Year Award - Community Leader of the Year Award - Business of the Year Award
( for companies with 50 or less employees ) - Business of the Year Award
( for companies with 51 or more employees ) - DE & I Initiative Award - Minority Business of the Year - The Rising Star Award
( for businesses from 1 to 5 years old )
