We have tried NIGIRI
Nigiri sushi - from "nigiru", which means "to grasp/grip", likely due to the method of forming the block of rice that serves as the base of a nigiri
with wasabi paste and topped with raw fish or other seafood.
And MAKI or Sushi Rolls
Maki sushi - from "maku", which means "to wrap/roll" for the obvious reason of wrapping it in seaweed (which is called "nori")
