Last Will and Testament
You can also create a last will and testament, which will direct who you
want your money and property to go to should something happen to you.
If you die without a will in place, all of your property will go to your spouse
and/or children (if you have any), and if you aren’t married and don’t have
children, all of your property will go to your parents. If your parents aren’t
living, your property will go to your siblings. If you’d prefer your property
go to someone other than your immediate family, composing a will might
be something to consider. You should seek legal advice if you have
