NATURE AND ME
Nature surrounds us, we exist within it and because of it. The need to stop and consciously capture a moment of nature is
a determined, unwavering desire within my work. In a world which is often chaotic and confusing nature has become my
grounding force; my aid that takes me back to my foundations. There is something within the outdoors than never waivers or
falters, nature is constant. Nature provides inspiration through its simple beauty and rawness. This is often a stark contrast to
daily life and this friction within life is where my most powerful and stimulating contemplations arise. My art is a reflection of
my thoughts and sentiments, without my relationship with nature, my art would not exist.
