CALEXICO'S RESTAURANT
Chef Thomas Telford, with his team, has composed a
Mexican menu based in Cal Mex cuisine which,
compared to Tex Mex cuisine, is lighter and fresher with
higher acidity. Think lime, coriander, chili, hot salsa,
avocado, mango and queso fresco, ie sour cheese. But
even things that are perhaps most useful to the soul like
raspberry chilean cake, or the national dessert flan. Crazy
good according to us!
We are KRAV-labeled and work with 100% organic
products dairy products and eggs, partly organic
vegetables and Swedish meat only. Our brew coffee
and our house wines and house beer are also 100%
organic. All vegetarian dishes are vegan. What we
want is not to give you fine dining but good fun
dining, in a relaxed environment and happy to be
with warm guests. Are you most in need of drinks we
have awesome Margaritas and other Tequila drinks,
also Mescal drinks and lots of fine Tequila are found
in quantities, along with lovely wines and a great
selection of beers. We are also super excited about
making non-alcoholic drinks where you do not have
to miss the alcohol. Musically, it is very soca!
