At the entrance to the main hall with a
capacity of 22 seats, a table of raw wood
hosts from 4 to 6 people, as a sweet memory
of the childhood of the chef in the
Normandy countryside.
The space, all volumes is enhanced by the
Mezzanine, conducive to tranquility.
A year after opening the restaurant, David
TOUTAIN opens his annex, Identi-T.
This dining room adjoining the restaurant,
imagined intimate and warm is a
confidential and discreet address that draws
its soul in the roots and values of the Chef.
