Apply a small amount to the center lid color to a pencil brush and lightly buff it along the lower lash line. This will give a softer look versus lining it.
Using the same liner brush and dark shade, lightly press the shadow into your lower lash line. If you have smaller eyes, only do this to the outer half of your lash line. Going all the way in when you have smaller eyes can make them appear even smaller.
Apply your favorite mascara or false lashes and you’re ready to go.
