“ Oh this feels awesome !” said Hart of his first-ever FIM Hard Enduro win . “ It ’ s definitely a big relief to take the win . After winning everything all day I felt a lot of pressure going into the final , and then when that was delayed by 40 minutes , it only made it worse . I had a few close calls out there but managed to stay focused and bring it home . The support from the fans was incredible too .”
FactoryONE Sherco ’ s Cody Webb , always a crowd favorite , would finish in ninth place after five months off riding due to injury . Teammate Pat Smage , 13-time AMA NATC National Trials Champion , would take 13th place . “ It was more of the same physical struggle for me which was not easy to manage on the Trials Training Center terrain !” said Smage . “ It ’ s pretty frustrating to feel like I have not made much progress there . I thought the tracks were better this year being tighter and more technical , but each race wore me out quick . I ended up in the final and finished 13th . It was really cool just to be in a race with so many incredible riders . The crowd was awesome ! It was a crazy feeling
