Sipes was racing a two-stroke , which he had the most time to prepare on a two-stroke . That ’ s why we put him on the E3 class . The rest had racing coming up all the way up to the Six Days with their 350s , 450s , 250s , whatever . They couldn ’ t get the right preparation .
So , that ’ s always our downfall is the E3 class because we don ’ t have any racing in the US . I always have to find someone who has the time to get used to something new . So , I think Sipes did the best he could on a 300 . So , the team was good . Everything went well according to the plan ."
