Dylan Renaud , the very energetic and talented rider wearing completely inappropriate t-shirt such as “ Bob ’ s Chicken ”, “ Be Rad with Brad ” or “ The Paint Dryer ”, in honor of Mike Griffitts . Pits include a fullyshaded gathering area and portable toilets with wash station .
Scoring follows the SCTA Rule Book , but since it ’ s not a race , riders themselves establish the level and format of the challenge . Sections can be ridden in any sequence and as many times as desired . Riders may choose any class in any section and can decide to keep a score or not .
There is no timing , no scoring board , no trophies . The idea is to have fun .
Visitors are encouraged to spend the weekend . The location is rather remote and the last 20 or so miles could be an adventure in itself . But once the destination is reached , a nice clearing in the forest appears and welcomes riders with plenty of private flat grounds for camping enjoyment .
The event starts at noon on Saturday with a riders meeting by the Palace . All riders receive commemorative laser-engraved dog tags . Next , an official REV session , and the fun trial is on .
