Sanz found her footing in the second loop , only dropping eight points and securing the win with 26 total points to Bristow ’ s 28 , marking the Sherco ’ s first defeat since 2017 .
The increased temperatures on Day 2 saw a change in the leaderboard , much like that of the men ’ s TrialGP class . Sanz was able to take the lead after the first loop with only 10 points with 21-year old Vertigo ’ s Berta Abellan hot on her tail with 12 points . Bristow was not about to take another second place ; after coming in behind Abellan on the first loop with 15 points , she dropped only six points on the second loop to finish the day with 21 points to Sanz ’ score of 31 and Abellan ’ s 32 .
