We taped / wrapped a heating pad to my back , which really helped , and actually stayed in place for the first two loops . To be able to bounce back and get some cleans and put me in a good position was really rewarding . Considering I couldn ’ t walk yesterday morning , and I was able to snag a fifth place today , I ’ m feeling pretty accomplished .”
