The Texas Off Road Championship Series ( TORCS ) 2021 season is well underway . Round 4 of the 10-race series was held at the Goertz Ranch in Rockne , Texas on April 17-18 , 2021 . This is the pinnacle of properties for offroad dirt bike racing in Texas , as it never offers a disappointing experience . Races have been held at the infamous property since the 1970 ’ s , always drawing enormous crowds . These are only local Texas organizations too , not even nationally affiliated . The largest race on record to be hosted in conjunction with this property , was an enduro in 1977 with 671 racers and over 2,000 spectators across the town . To put in perspective , the town of Rockne itself only has an estimated population of 500 . At Round 4 of the 2021 season , the growing TORCS series not only broke their record , but almost broke the property ' s record , for the greatest number of race entries ever with 649 race entries !
