were short-lived because of the mud , but the conditions made for some extremely entertaining photos and videos ! With a bit of the stress of trying to learn new skills abated , the syllabus turned to more advanced techniques . Behind the Wentzel ’ s Quonset hut sits an abundance of concrete tubes , logs , and rocks , perfect for the afternoon ’ s focus on learning to lift the front wheel . Megan slowly worked her students through the individual steps needed to learn log crossings ( which would make an appearance later in the day ), including how to properly weight / de-weight the pegs , and how to perform a proper wheelie . After all was said and done , students headed to the woods to try out all their new skills on a small , marked course .
Despite the less-than-ideal conditions , everyone was smiling at the end of the day and ready to try out their newly acquired skills , a true testament to the high level of instruction provided by the one and only Megan Griffiths .
What ’ s next for Megan ? Well , she has at least 30 additional training clinics on the schedule for 2022 , with a West Coast tour still to announce , so we ’ d like to think she ’ s going to keep herself pretty busy .
