ALEX , TALK ME THROUGH A TYPICAL " DAY IN THE LIFE ." WHAT DOES A STANDARD DAY LOOK LIKE FOR YOU ?
I usually start my day about 5:30am ; at 6:30am I go to the gym , work out from 7-8 , take a shower at the gym , at the office by 8:30 , leave the office by 5:30 , make orders until I ' m done . I ' m usually in bed by 9 because the day ' s been so long , I just have enough time to eat dinner , watch an episode of something on Netflix , and then go to bed [ laughs ].
WHAT KIND OF GYM PROGRAM DO YOU RUN ?
I go to Crossfit instead of a normal gym because I ' m not interested in being the biggest guy , I ' m interested in being fit . A lot of the movements and the physical conditioning for Crossfit actually translate really well to trials . I ' ve been doing Crossfit since the end of 2015 , because I
