Round 2 of the Kenda AMA Extreme Enduro East Championship was held at Hansen Hollows , a farm offering about 400 acres of terrain for motorcycles and ATV . Although the terrain doesn ’ t have quite the same steep hills as were seen in venues such as the Northwest OHV Park for RevLimiter , the Extreme team made sure to add plenty of obstacles , creating a nice flowing track that saw leaders in Sunday ’ s races finishing with 26-minute laptimes . This race is not one of the tougher “ technical ” races , but added a bit of difficulty for those riders who are more technically included because of the speed .
The weekend ’ s events started on Saturday with a Straight Rhythm Endurocross competition with RPM KTM ’ s Cooper Abbott taking the $ 200 prize .
The event was well-organized in a single day of racing on Sunday in a knock-out style format . 200 riders took to the line for a hot lap to qualify for the first race . Competitors had to complete one full lap within 90 minutes in order to qualify , with only 100 riders continuing . DRT Husqvarna ’ s Ryder LeBlond took the win , coming in at just 19 minutes 20 seconds ,
