Coming into the 2021 season more determined then ever , and sporting some new colors , 26-year old Steward Baylor Jr , part of the AmPro Yamaha team , had a rocky start to the season when a gnarly injury in the opening round of the 2021 Kenda AMA National Enduro in Sumter , SC . After getting stitched back up and unfortunately missing the opening round of the GNCC series , Steward came back with a vengence and has been dominating almost every event since , in the GNCC , National Enduro , and US Sprint Enduro series .
He has won four out of six events in the GNCC series and currently sits in second overall , only five points away from the lead . In the National Enduro series , a 1-1-2 finish in the first three rounds puts him in the championship lead , five points
