so my job is to design parts and accessories that go on them that people use while they go and tear them up . It ' s something completely outside of the motorcycle realm but still in the power sports industry , so a lot of it carries over . I get to see cool things go down . I really enjoy it ; it ' s a pretty cool job .
EVERYBODY ' S HAD A YEAR PLUS TO PRACTICE , HOW TIGHT DO YOU THINK THE SCORES ARE GOING TO BE THIS YEAR ?
It ' s going to be another bloodbath for sure . From just being at the GasGas California Invitational Trial and watching Josh Roper and Alex Niederer battle it out there and the final scoring coming down to who took the first point , I think it ' s going to be like that at all the nationals . I don ' t know where i ' ll be at in the thick of it ; it ' ll depend on what happens over the course of the next six weeks before the first round and how much I can stick to some training regimens . I hope to be right in there and battling with everyone . We all have the potential to be up there , and hopefully we ' re getting closer and closer to Pat [ Smage ]. Hopefully he ' s slowing down a little bit so we can catch him .
I think we ' re all real close to being able to put pressure on Pat and give him a run for his money . He has such an advantage with all his experience and then also all his natural talent and skill that
