5 KEY WINS
Our good buddy Jake Miller at G2F Media hooked us with a phone call to
Dougie Lampkin and we were able to ask Dougie about his five favorite and
most important wins. Dougie, of course, works with the Vertigo factory
and was instumental in the design of the machine. Dougie also told us he
recently spent three weeks with Adrian and Mandy Lewis at Lewisport USA
in northern California. For anyone not familiar with Dougie’s accomplishments,
they include five consecutive World Indoor (1997–2001) and seven
consecutive World Outdoor Championships (1997–2003). He has also won
four World Team Trial des Nations Championships (1997, 1999, 2002 and
2003), six British Adult Championships, two Spanish Adult Championships
and five times he has won the Scott Trial. In 2012, Lampkin was named an
