HOW DID MINNESOTA GO FOR YOU ?
Saturday was pretty tough . I knew that for the shoot-out , it was going to be critical to get a good starting position , which was determined in reverse order from the morning results . So I was really , really hoping to get good results because I knew it would be critical to watch all the riders on those sections . I fought really hard , but I felt like I wasn ' t letting the riding come to me .
I felt like I was forcing it too much and I just wasn ' t riding confident .
I was just worried too much about what was happening around me and the scores and not enough about myself . So once it came to the shootout , I really had nothing to lose because I was already getting second to last . So I was like , Okay , well , I can ' t really go too much worse .
I felt like I did pretty good . I was a little bummed because I still took some silly points that could have actually really made a big difference in the end . This is the third time this
