It ' s awesome ; it makes me feel like I ' m on the right track every day and doing the best I can and and giving myself the best opportunity to do good . Obviously , he knows how to win , so just absorbing all the information that I can from him .
WHAT ' S A STANDARD WEEK LOOK LIKE FOR YOU ?
If it ' s a race day , it ' s different , but usually Mondays and Fridays we ' ll ride , cycle , gym and then Tuesdays and Thursdays , we ' ll do a 25-minute row or run and then ride . Wednesdays and Saturdays , we do long pedals . Sunday ' s we ' re usually off because we ' re racing .
WHEN YOU ' RE IN THE GYM , ARE YOU DOING MORE OF A CROSSFIT WORKOUT ?
Yeah , kind of more like a circuit . We ' ll pick like eight workouts and do them three times each , then we ' ll do some abs and stuff like that . We ' ll lift a little bit of weight sometimes but more or less like push-ups , pullups , dips , some weighted flies ; we ' ll sometimes do leg press .
