TONI BOU INJURED
Toni Bou was injured in a fall suf-
fered during a trial exhibition on Honda
Thanks Day on December 9th, at the
Motegi circuit in Japan.
The Repsol Honda Team rider, once
back in Spain, underwent an examina-
tion by the team doctor Joaquim Terrica-
bras who concluded that Toni Bou had
suffered two fractured ribs. Dr. Terrica-
bras has recommended that multi-time
trial champion rests over the forthcom-
ing weeks. A return to training will be
dependant on the progress of the recu-
peration process.
Bou will be hoping to be fully recovered for the start of the X-Trial World
Championship which kicks off in Budapest on Sunday, January 20.
