about how we practice [ chuckles ]. It was the first session of the weekend and I heard that Daniel may have broken his ankle , and then later in the session I hear Will Myers may have broken HIS ankle , and I ' m like “ oh my gosh , this is it ! This is a good year one ! The last thing I wanted was people to get hurt and the first session I ’ ve already got two people going to the hospital . Luckily , they ended up just spraining their ankles so it wasn ' t a full break ; they just had to take a little time off and work with the kids in a different way . After that i don ' t think we had any injuries , so we ' re pretty lucky and fortunate .

I ' m happy that we were able to pull it off as a group , and it gives me confidence for the future because I really want to keep doing more with the kids and put more programs in place like that . I want to keep the ball rolling and keep investing my time in the youth riders and see if we can keep growing the sport . Brad and Ryan put a lot of effort into it in the past and I want to keep it going . The big reason why I was able to ride and keep riding is because they put that effort towards it and somebody needs to do keep it going ; if it ' s us Pro riders helping the next group of kids , I think that ' s pretty dang cool .
