The volunteers are very hopeful that the computer issues have been defeated after this experience and major improvement will be noted moving forward . Practice sessions began with only ribbon marking the way in an otherwise untouched grass field . Riders took this opportunity to learn the reverse flow with a few added zigs , and perhaps too many zags , as well as a new down and up 180 degree left hand turn by the driveway with a cool kicker jump halfway down and a lip at the exit to throw the rider back onto the field above .
As race one lined up for the rubberband start , riders were confident that the course had proven itself to be vintage friendly , as expected , while still majorly enjoyable for more modern “ Next-Gen ” classes . Thankfully , the track crew heard enough feedback about the excess zags in the new layout , and quickly did a re-ribbon of that section to improve the flow . With the pin
