Located at Wildwood Lake Raceway in Little Hocking , Ohio , which previously hosted Rounds 3 and 4 of the AMA NATC Mototrials National Championship , Round 5 of the Eastern Kenda AMA Extreme Championship saw FMF KTM ’ s Trystan Hart once again take the top step of the podium , taking both the event win and the overall championship series lead , nine points ahead of FactoryONE Sherco ’ s Cody Webb .
The weekend ’ s festivities started with two qualifying races on Saturday . These races would seed the starting position for Sunday ’ s main event . For Race 1 , competitors completed a single lap on a six-mile course . Webb and DRT Husqvarna ’ s Ryder Leblond were hot on each other ’ s tires , with Webb ultimately able to take the lead over Leblond , crossing the finish 13 seconds ahead with a lap time just over 19 minutes . FMF KTM ’ s Trystan Hart would finish third , less than a minute behind . About an hour into the race , it began to rain , turning the already challenging course into a slick
