After all the holiday parties, snacking during snow days, and comfort foods to warm us on those cold nights, it’s time to do some Spring cleaning – for our physical, mental and emotional health.

What is Detoxification?

To “detox” is to cleanse the body (from the inside out) of the accumulated toxic build up from chemicals, hormones, pesticides, heavy metals, unhealthy food choices, negative thinking and self talk, and countless other residues from daily life. The process of detoxing the body is when you choose a purifying regimen and apply it to your daily routine, while only eating a clean diet, for a period of time. It’s also a healthy way to give your internal organs a break from all their hard work over the holidays and Winter months. Your body will love you for it!

How to Register

Each of our information sessions are FREE to attend. You will have the opportunity to schedule and purchase any of the suggested services or products from our presenters. We would like to support you as much as possible throughout the month, so we invite you to register on our website (www.Pathways-BelAir.com) to receive tips, information and encouragement via email. We will also be setting up a Facebook group for us to chat, share recipes and any pictures of our progress.

Our 5-Day Detox

At Pathways to Whole Living, we are celebrating the long-awaited arrival of Spring by detoxing our lives (body, mind and emotions) from the stress, food, and emotional heaviness that Winter can often bring. We are asking you to join us in this effort for 5 days – any five consecutive days. You choose when you start. We do ask that you first attend the “Before You Get Started” session with us on March 19th in order to prepare yourself for a successful and rejuvenating experience.
