Infant Massage is…

Great for babies:

>feel loved and promotes bonding

>relax and sleep deeper and longer

>stimulates brain development

>enhances body and sensory

awareness

>boosts immune system

>relieves discomfort from colic, gas

& constipation

And parents, too:

>understand and respond to baby's

cues

>form a stronger bond with baby

(especially for working parents)

>increases your awareness of baby

>releases calming hormones so

parents feel less stressed

What you and your baby will experience...

As a CEIM (Certified Educator of Infant Massage), I lead weekly parent-baby classes. Each class is 60 minutes and runs 5 weeks. These classes allow parents and babies the time necessary to learn the strokes, use them at home and return each week to share experiences and ask questions.

I use a baby-led approach that honors each family's ability to create their own rhythm. Parents and babies learn more about each other, nurturing this ancient practice as a way of communicating for years to come.
