Intro to Healthy Body! (Special Event )

We tend to equate a healthy body with a thin body, which is not necessarily true. Learn basic yoga poses you can do each day to strengthen the body, improve flexibility and increase energy, no matter the body type. The class includes a guided deep relaxation and pamper yourself ideas for a healthier you! Participants will need to be able to get to and from the floor with ease.

Healthy Body Yoga class session starts January 9! Join us for six-weeks of yoga designed to aid you in building a healthier body. Learn a variety of techniques for building strength, improving flexibility and increasing energy. The classes will include a guided deep relaxation and take home exercises each week to help you stick to your New Year goals! Participants will need to be able to get to and from the floor with ease.
Restore and Renew Yoga Classes
Mondays, January 13 - February 17, 2014 :: 6:30 - 7:30 pm :: Cost - $60/person
Experiencing high levels of stress? Chronic stress shortens the breath, creates fatigue, causes depression and weakens the immune system. Counter the effects of stress with this gentle restore and renew yoga class. Learn a basic gentle practice that you can do each day to relieve tension and calm the mind. The classes include a variety of gentle restorative and yin yoga poses, as well as a guided deep relaxation.
Handouts provided, so you can take your practice home. Perfect for healing from injuries, too. Participants will need to be able to get to and from the floor with ease.
Love Your Heart (Special Event)
Saturday February 1, 2013 - 11:30 am to 12:30 pm :: Cost - $10/person
Learn techniques to reduce the physical and mental effects of stress. The class includes seated movements that you can do at your desk to release stiffness and improve blood flow. You will also learn a variety of breathing exercises to lower the blood pressure and clear the mind. Open to Every Body and handouts of the techniques provided!
