In The LIGHT

Setting the Course

IN 2014 KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND TRAIN YOUR MIND TO DECIDE DEFINTELY WHAT YOU WANT TO ACCOMPLISH.

Be sure and define it so that you’re not embracing halfhearted wants and after a few days you are back to business as usual. What counts is what you are intentional about. You must set your Definite Chief Aim. When you focus on a definite of purpose, it doesn’t matter what comes your way you will not accept anything if it does not align to your definiteness of purpose. It is very important to take care of yourself first. If you have ever taken an airplane ride the stewardess always tells you to put on your oxygen mask first before trying to help others. This is true in your everyday life as well. You can’t continue to go on making others the priority because you have to take care of you first.

How do I, you may ask? Set the intention. Make it a definite purpose to take care of you first. Take possession of your mind and direct it to those things you desire out of life. If you neglect to set this as a #1 priority you will suffer from frustration, fear, worry, indecision and doubt. The list can go on much longer than that but I’ll stop with those few. Write it down, make it clear and know that the limitations you think exist are only things you set up in your mind.

Here are pillars I want you to stand on in 2014:

1. Set your definite chief aim in life!

2. Shut off the voices by sitting still and meditating daily!

3. Set aside time to work on your goal everyday!

4. Journal your journey!

5. Stay around people who feed your energy!

6. Take time for you!

Write down in order what you want. Don’t cheat yourself of your wants. Read your list daily. Think about what you want and be sure about what that is. Don’t try to figure out how it will happen, that’s none of your business. The method of accomplishment will appear to you. Make changes as you need to because change is a part of life. Choose your friends carefully and stay around those who can support your intention in some way.
