Welcome
Oh the smell of a new year! It’s like freshly cut grass, the ocean on a clear
summer’s day or a shower of rain on a hot afternoon. It smells of promise
and positivity!
At the end of each year, I take time to set my intentions and do a life audit.
I like to reminisce about the year that was and what worked well and what
requires more time and effort. To be honest, 2019 wasn’t our best year. There
were many highs but sadly some of the deepest lows.
But even so, we are very grateful to be here, happy and healthy and to be
given the opportunity to continue to live our best lives!

At the time of putting these words together, my life audit isn’t quite complete.
But what I do know is that I need to spend time in 2020 refilling my own tank
and to make myself a priority sometimes.
So a personal goal for myself coming into the new year is to do more yoga
classes each week. Four classes would be ideal ~ can I slot them in to my
schedule and learn to make them a priority? Let’s hope so. I’ll report back and
let you know how I go.
So what about you? Do you need to audit your life and let go of what's not
important and focus more time and energy on what is? Are you kind to
yourself and allow time in your busy schedule just for you? I love these words
by Misha Collins – Be kind to yourself so you can be happy enough to be kind
to the world.
Happy New Year to you. We hope 2020 is your best year yet ~ filled with
love, joy, health and peace.
