The Century Challenge Cycle Ride is on
again! This year join us on Sunday 28th
April 2019. Hosted by the Rotary Clubs of
Erina and Gosford North, and sponsored by
Bendigo Community Bank branches on the
Central Coast, there are two rides that cater
for younger riders and families.
The 20km Community Ride is designed
for people just getting into cycling, and it’s
a great ride for families who like to cycle
together. Families can enter the ride with
children aged from 9 years of age. The ride
does have a bit of challenging hill, but it also
has a drink and food stop at the halfway
point. And there is activity and food stalls at
the finish, which is the same place you start –
in the grounds of Mt Penang Parklands.

For the younger set, there is a Kids
Challenge. This is open to children from
ages 4-12 years, and it is held within the Mt
Penang Parkland grounds. There are laps to
do and activities during the ride to keep the
kids challenged.

and proceeds from the ride will go to Coast
Shelter and domestic violence prevention
programs on the Central Coast, as well as
other local charities supported by Rotary.
Parking is close by and there will be a food
and lifestyle expo to complement the ride.
The Top to Toe children’s health check is a FREE community event for
families on the Central Coast! Come along and join in the fun! This is a
fabulous opportunity for you to talk to qualified specialists about any
concerns you might have regarding your children, health and wellness
advice in general, and even receive complimentary assessments on the day.
The kids will have great fun along the way with activities, face painting,
and other fun entertainment, along with a goodie bag to take home!
