A wonderful wrapping result for the
Ronald McDonald Family Room
W
hen the Ronald McDonald
Family Room, Gosford
Hospital where asked to run 14
days of Charity Gift Wrapping at
Erina Fair, they jumped at the
opportunity, but also felt slightly
overwhelmed at the mammoth
task that lie ahead.
It was 14 days of wrapping, 3-4 shifts
per day, 4 volunteers per shift, during
the crazyiest time of year, it seemed
like a massive task and ask! But with
2 Facebook posts and an email to their
contacts, the Central Coast Community
answered the call and within the blink of
an eyelid the rosters where full.
Lend Lease Erina Fair donated paper,
ribbons, tags and tape, which meant that
every donation from a present wrapped
or a passer by, is money going straight
to help local families with sick or injured
children in Gosford Hospital. The end
