Welcome
Life has been a little turbulent of late, with sadly losing a beloved family
member unexpectedly and a long term injury for our sport lovin' boy that
requires surgery and ongoing physiotherapy. Prior to this, one of our dear
friends was involved in a horrific accident but thankfully is recovering well
with strength and courage.
These life changing events have rocked our family and we've spent a great
deal of time just being together, giving strength and love to each other in
abundance. What was very evident through this time was the incredible
support we received from our circle of love, far and wide. We felt nurtured
and cared for and so grateful. How lucky we are!

The reality of life is full of ebbs and flows, and when things happen (even
when we aren't prepared for them), we need to find the resilience to ride them
out and move forward.
When things feel a little bleak, it's refreshing to know that tomorrow the sun
will still rise and shine warmth on us, that the days will roll forward week by
week without fail and that our equilibrium will be restored once more. The
rhythm of life can't be broken, even when we are!
Hope your rhythm of life is regular and rolling along evenly. Enjoy this
edition. Extra thanks to Deb (my amazing business partner and friend) for
keeping the 'On The Coast' ball rolling along strongly in my absence.
