Meet Louis. He is cutting his hair off to donate and raise money for Friends of Chums because they supported him when his anxiety was really bad.

Louis a pupil at Gothic Mede Academy says“ 18 months ago I heard about the Little Princess Trust charity and that you can donate hair to make wigs for kids who have lost their hair through medical treatment. Even though my hair was really short I wanted to donate it so I decided to grow it.

It has been a long hard year and a half, hair in my eyes all the time and being mistaken for a girl but i was determined to carry on and now the time has come to cut it off! I will be shaving my 10 inch long hair off at my school assembly on 20th July 2016 and would love it if you could sponsor me to do this. The money raised will go the charity CHUMS who helped me and my family a lot last year when I was suffering with really bad anxiety. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
